get to know lana

Lana Kai Fox is a masterful combination of smooth, subtle and hard-hitting movement.

She grew up in Gilbert, Arizona where she participated in dance crews, school dance teams, studio training, and instructing. After graduating high school, she moved to Houston, Texas where she became a dancer for the Houston Rockets NBA team.

During her time as a Houston Rockets Power Dancer, Lana danced backup for artists B.O.B, Ludacris, Rob Base, and Kid ‘n’ Play. Lana performed at the 2013 NBA All-Star game and events and received the Rookie of the Year Award after her first season and remained for two fulfilling seasons. Since her time as a Rockets dancer, Lana transitioned to Los Angeles, California during the summer of 2016.

Los Angeles has been a place of growth, fine-tuning and relationship building for Lana. Some of her credits include Beyonce’, Pitbull, Bruno Mars, Ariana Grande, Brandy, Tinashe, Elle Varner Ally Brooke, Tyla Yaweh, Bryce Vine, Lyrica Anderson and LightSkinKeisha. Lana has also used her knowledge as an assistant choreographer to Amari Marshall during the 2019 American Music Awards for Ciara alongside HiHat and Jamaica Craft.

Lana’s versatility has awarded her the opportunity to be a part of numerous commercials and television shows. SK-II, Garage Clothing, JustFab, and Entire World are some brands she has recently partnered with.

After joining the rock-and-roll burlesque group Little Miss Nasty, Lana began to expand her horizons and knowledge. Lana Kai Fox was launched into full force when she began touring the United Kingdom with burlesque legend herself, Dita Von Teese.

Throughout her journey, Lana pushes to train and test her boundaries. From burlesque to hip-hop, she continues to perfect her craft with every experience.
